Actually, no. I read the information provided at the second link and it says absolutely nothing about fraud in the food stamp program. I asked ID to quote the relevant portion for me but she declined.
No she did not demure she pointed out that just as you were too stupid to see the second link you are likewise too stupid to read far enough into the article to see the portion on food stamp fraud.
