I do not see a federal issue here, not a legitimate one, that is why he lost the one he took to the Feds, they did accept it, but they also denied it. What new federal issues are there, and are they even ones that he could stand a viable chance of winning?

Thats not relevant since none of them have been convicted of a crime or found liable trump has and no one can tell us when this things he is supposedly liable for took place.

Not at all. There are a lot of crimes that can't say exactly what date or time it took place.
If a home is burglarized, did it happen even if you don't know which day it occurred on?
If a person is murdered, did it happen even if you don't know the exact time and day it occurred?

Your argument makes no sense in light of how facts are determined.

You are sure it happened, you claim it happened, what date did it happen? You seem to believe people need a date to know something happened.

It looks pretty relevant to me since you are the one arguing outside of court that the date and time is important.
Are you currently in a court with your argument about date of the sexual assault by Trump?
