BINGO!!
That is what Trump will do if elected..
No rights, no trials, just kill anyone suspected of being a terrorist.
Don't we do that with our drone strikes in Pakistan or do you feel those are different?

Let us just make things clear.
Do those who think Trump's comment is wrong believe Iraq is better off without Saddam.
Lol, poor spelling Nazi.

Why do you think he's just talking about "outside of America"?
His comments are consistent with everything else he has said about how ridiculous it is that we have any kinds of rules. Trump is truly Machiavellian, at least in his rhetoric. He doesn't believe America should stand for much in the world; he has advocated torture, killing families of terrorists & abandoning rules of engagement. The comment about reading them their rights was just another jab at the silly notion that we should have any rules at all.
Strangely no one on Zappa's side answer this.
we do that to a large extent now with our signature strikes
we're in a state of (perpetual) war. Legally the Authorized Use Of Military Force (AUMF) passed for the Iraq war is still in effect.Sorry, didn't see this before I posted. Yeah, we don't give people we drone any rights or trials do we?
In terms of whether we shold have over-thrown Saddam or not -absolutely 100% the Iraq war was/is a colossal failure.
It's how ISIS came into being - beforehand the Baathists/Saddam were content to kill Kurds, and run a rogue regime.
Now Iraq is a colony of Iran -fractured and a" jihadist wonderland" ( Rand Paul) as is Libya.
We did this.
OK. yes disbanding the army was the coup de grâce in terms of ousting the officer corps; but I tend to think the decapitation of SadaamMuch as I opposed the 2003 war, it is true that it would have been far better if they had followed the State Department plan for the aftermath. The worst mistake was disbanding the Iraqi army, that was sheer lunacy. There is a good article today in Guardian with Paul Bremer about it. Will try and get it, not near a PC at a so will use the phone.

I wish people here could have a serious discussion about Trump's behavior. In my view, watching his campaign appearances, he is becoming angrier and more unhinged daily. At times he appears nearly completely incoherent to me.
Is there something seriously wrong with this man?
Me too and I find the idea of him as President terrifying. I personally believe he would be impeached early on, they'd have to do something to get rid of him IMO, but who knows.
Thanks, DudeI'm surprised someone as classy as you and rana bother with these conservatard clowns.
Just know you both are teaching political ignoramuses like me a lot!
Everyone else just fell in line for fear of being called traitors and unAmerican, we didn't care! I am proud of us!
