Since when did a President tell a private company how to run their business. However as it is, our refineries are running at full capacity. We cannot refine any additional oil.
 
So if the top producer of oil in the world decreases its oil production its not going to have any effect oil the world oil supply and costs? You can't have it both ways Democrats.

Canceling the XL pipeline hurt producers that needed it to move their oil to Gulf cost refineries. Stopping fracking on federal land hurt producers. Stopping leases in Anwar hurt producers. Stopping leasing in the Gulf hurt producers.
