The state’s facility at McCormick Place has been scaled down from 3,000 beds to 1,000 due to a decline in cases, and only seen a handful of non-critical patients.
Chicago Department of Public Health Commissioner Dr. Allison Arwady said there’s “no doubt” hospitals are busy, but said systemwide there are 20 to 25 percent of beds available, meaning patients could be transferred if needed.

But to knowingly make nursing homes take in a positive tested resident?
he HAD EXCESS SPACE and he chose to put them in with an uninfected population!

And the nursing home is still mandated to take in recovering hospital patients known to have the virus, potentially increasing its spread in the facility.

You know God damned well you have personally self-identified as Tom Prendergast -- so this is obviously another intentionally malicious attempt to defame someone's character.
And neither of those things is happening in violation of the Constitution. If you want to fly to Chicago tomorrow, you are absolutely free to do so. If you want to hop in your car and drive to Vegas, you are free to do so. As for assembly, like every constitutional right, it has limits. Those limits are enforced when the assembly in question represents a danger to the public good. Therefore, the number of people who can assemble is limited, and that's based on a threat to public health. Deal with it. It is neither dictatorial nor is it unconstitutional.

Jacksonville had temperatures way above average since mid March. Nice job of cherry picking. Vietnams weather is no different than many countries that have higher than average infection rates. Nice try though.
