Wait a minute. Anatta said kids can't get it and can't spread it. So who am I gonna believe. Some stupid doctors or a telephone salesman. DUH.
VERY TRUE! ANATTA DID SAY REPEATEDLY THAT KIDS COULDN'T CATCH IT OR SPREAD IT.

nope they are poor spreaders, they are mostly asymptomatic
Bit you cant vaxx them and masks are useless (repeating for the dummies like yourself)

N 95 are basically respirators. not the surgcal blue mask we all wear
which do not stop virus
Between DeSantis and Abbott, they are going to end up having to shutdown their own economies again. When they have to shut them down by their own state order, and when that happens, there won't be any questions as to who is to blame for it.
Because by the time public and private schools open up to full capacity again in the next couple of weeks, the Delta is going to spread throughout those schools and neighborhoods faster than gossip at a Red Hat Ladies Convention in those two states.
When the school districts have more students sick than not- the states will have no choice but to shut them down! That will cause a chain of shutdowns and quarantines, AND THERE GOES THEIR ECONOMIES AGAIN!
AND THE VOTING AND VOCAL MAJORITY OF PEOPLE IN THOSE STATES ARE GOING TO REALIZE THAT THEIR GOVERNORS ARE TO BLAME FOR THEIR LACK OF CONCERN FOR MITIGATION EFFORTS WHEN THEY HAD A CHANCE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT- INSTEAD OF STANDING IN THE WAY OF IT FOR POLITICAL PURPOSES!
Both governor's are already treading in pretty rough PURPLE water already.
Both governor's have been playing political suicide with their voting and vocal majorities in their states already.
Both governors are betting the farm on their state's new VOTING SUPPRESSION laws to keep them in power now- BUT even that will not be enough as that is not really a winning strategy! In fact, it will have a reverse effect!
People are just as frustrated and disgusted with TRUMP AND HIS CULT as they are this dangerous virus now threatening the un-vaccinated- including all the children K - 9th grade specifically!
The Trump cult is declining and the Virus is spreading out of control again! DO the math!
But wait there is more!!!! call in the next ten minutes and annata/dukkha will send to you a book on his medical wisdom as endorsed by Sidney Powell, my pillow guy and rand Paul!!!

bunch of anecdotal, and non-supported stats. Lockdowns and masks dont stop the spreadyes, they do, you are a moron.
What evidence do we have that wearing a mask is effective in preventing COVID-19?
There are several strands of evidence supporting the efficacy of masks.
One category of evidence comes from laboratory studies of respiratory droplets and the ability of various masks to block them. An experiment using high-speed video found that hundreds of droplets ranging from 20 to 500 micrometers were generated when saying a simple phrase, but that nearly all these droplets were blocked when the mouth was covered by a damp washcloth. Another study of people who had influenza or the common cold found that wearing a surgical mask significantly reduced the amount of these respiratory viruses emitted in droplets and aerosols.
But the strongest evidence in favor of masks come from studies of real-world scenarios. “The most important thing are the epidemiologic data,” said Rutherford. Because it would be unethical to assign people to not wear a mask during a pandemic, the epidemiological evidence has come from so-called “experiments of nature.”
A recent study published in Health Affairs, for example, compared the COVID-19 growth rate before and after mask mandates in 15 states and the District of Columbia. It found that mask mandates led to a slowdown in daily COVID-19 growth rate, which became more apparent over time. The first five days after a mandate, the daily growth rate slowed by 0.9 percentage-points compared to the five days prior to the mandate; at three weeks, the daily growth rate had slowed by 2 percentage-points.
Another study looked at coronavirus deaths across 198 countries and found that those with cultural norms or government policies favoring mask-wearing had lower death rates.
Two compelling case reports also suggest that masks can prevent transmission in high-risk scenarios, said Chin-Hong and Rutherford. In one case, a man flew from China to Toronto and subsequently tested positive for COVID-19. He had a dry cough and wore a mask on the flight, and all 25 people closest to him on the flight tested negative for COVID-19. In another case, in late May, two hair stylists in Missouri had close contact with 140 clients while sick with COVID-19. Everyone wore a mask and none of the clients tested positive.
Do masks protect the people wearing them or the people around them?
“I think there’s enough evidence to say that the best benefit is for people who have COVID-19 to protect them from giving COVID-19 to other people, but you’re still going to get a benefit from wearing a mask if you don’t have COVID-19,” said Chin-Hong.
Masks may be more effective as a “source control” because they can prevent larger expelled droplets from evaporating into smaller droplets that can travel farther.

bunch of anecdotal, and non-supported stats. Lockdowns and masks dont stop the spread
Once the virus is out it'sout, and allyou can do is get vaxxed and stay healthy
for those compromised -they serious need social distancing -masks are not going to do it
Every place has had the 2 waves (that i know of) , and now lambda will do it's thing
Yes they prevent droplets EXPELLED -but once it's aerosol, blue surgical masks are an affectation of protection
for the wearer
No, YOU are... as evidenced below by your outsourcing of your thinking to USA Today, a source which I do not accept btw.you are a moron.
Yes, it does. But the physics involved don’t work like that at all.
No, it isn't.The COVID-19 particle is indeed around 0.1 microns in size, but it is always bonded to something larger.
Yes, there is. Linsey Marr is wrong. He also seems to not realize that droplets/aerosols can and do evaporate.“There is never a naked virus floating in the air or released by people,” said Linsey Marr, a professor of civil and environmental engineering at Virginia Tech who specializes in airborne transmission of viruses.
Not always the case...The virus attaches to water droplets or aerosols (i.e. really small droplets) that are generated by breathing, talking, coughing, etc.
No, not all of them. These consist of water, mucus protein and other biological material and are all larger than 1 micron.
Sure, an N95 will capture a good number of larger particles, but not all of them. It will capture basically no viruses though, as they are smaller than the pores of such a mask. Additionally, the vast majority of people are not wearing those masks to begin with; they are wearing masks with much larger pores in them (which won't even filter out the larger particles).“Breathing and talking generate particles around 1 micron in size, which will be collected by N95 respirator filters with very high efficiency,” said Lisa Brosseau, a retired professor of environmental and occupational health sciences who spent her career researching respiratory protection.
I've already explained how your outsourced thinkers are wrong.Size matters, but not how you think
But that’s not the only logical flaw in this claim.
Yes, it does... and it doesn't even stop all particles of that size. The N95 filter indeed is physically around the 0.3 micron size. But that doesn’t mean it can only stop particles larger than that.
Not smaller... only larger. The masks are actually best for particles either larger or smaller than that 0.3 micron threshold.
Lies. You cannot stop a mosquito with a chain link fence.“N95 have the worst filtration efficiency for particles around 0.3,” Marr said. “If you’re smaller than that those are actually collected even better. It’s counterintuitive because masks do not work like sieving out larger particles. It’s not like pasta in a colander, and small ones don’t get through.”
95% at 0.3 micron is NOT 100% at 0.1 micron. A 0.1 micron object will go through a 0.3 micron hole like it is candy going through a child's open mouth.N95 masks actually have that name because they are 95% efficient at stopping particles in their least efficient particle size range — in this case those around 0.3 microns.
I suggest that you stop allowing USA Today to do your thinking for you. Obviously, USA Today is not very good at it, which is why I do not accept it as a source.
do you even understand acquired immunity?Wait a second, because last year at this time, you were saying that we could achieve herd immunity without a vaccine.
So is this another Anatta flip-flop?
do you even understand acquired immunity?
Google the Covid mortality rate for healthy kids and get back with us, Genius.
That was actually a good piece Anatta linked for a couple reasons: one is it illustrated how democrats are hell bent on cynically using the CCP bug as a political weapon.
They're not going to shut anything down...they're just going to continue playing pretend because they know people like Anatta will come along and gaslight everyone into thinking that the plague-ravaged states of Florida and Texas are actually doing better than everywhere else.
They keep saying "droplets" - but virus can attach to even humidity ( which are also water vapor droplets)No, YOU are... as evidenced below by your outsourcing of your thinking to USA Today, a source which I do not accept btw.

If they don’t, the school district will face lawsuits from parents.I don't think they will have the choice to keep them open. I believe the school districts will sue the states to protect their best interests of the children and the public.
The other reason is that the article exposes the weakness in the democrats argument. FL is more than Covid. Obviously, a trite statement but democrats have forced us into making them. FL has the jobs and economy *precisely because* DeSantis and his rebellion against the ‘one size fits all’ method of warding off the Bat Lady’s CCP bug. And it’s worked. People either know it or they don’t fret over the Bug enough to keep them from going to FL.
