Cops and schools had no duty to shield students in Parkland shooting, says judge

So if the police have no duty to protect you according to this Obama Judge.. then the left’s often stated phrase “You don’t need a gun, the police will protect you” holds no bearing or ground.
 
The only person that has a duty to protect you and your family..is you, and at any given time u may need a gun to do it!

That's because those that would do harm to you and your family will more than likely use a gun to do it.
 
Now police will know they have no obligation to enter an environment where there is an active shooter. They have not duty to protect students as affirmed in the courts.
This is why school personnel after training, should be able to carry weapons. Because the government (police) has no duty to protect you
 
The Supremes have ruled on this before. No duty to protect any individual. Dems will never acknowledge this as they try and disarm Americans while they put more felons on the streets.

This was tossed out on 14th Amendment grounds, not because the school district and the police met their professional obligations. In fact, just the opposite. Both entities have been found to be negligent by a task force formed to investigate the shooting.
