if in fact "most scholars" didn't believe the Gospel of John hadn't been written by John it would be called the Gospel of Somebody Who Isn't John.......it isn't a matter of someone being an atheist BECAUSE they don't believe John wrote it, its a matter of most of them claiming he didn't write it BECAUSE they are atheists and want to discredit what is said.....

(by the way, there is nothing in the wiki link you provided that argues most scholars don't think the folks attributed with the writing, wrote it).......
