Yeah. I'm sure after running a divisive campaign that appeals to racists everywhere, those words in Detroit will make all the difference.

The conventional 'wisdom' is that Trump needs 25% for a landslide, which ain't gonna happen. But I think he'd win big with 15% of the black vote.

Here's why: that number would say you something. It would be a serious erosion of black support for Hillary. It would mean for every black vote Trump picked up, two or three would stay at home as disaffected voters. One of the unknown variables in the polls is turnout. It's one thing to chat with a pollster and another thing to actually get in the car and go stand in line to vote.

For the life of me I can't imagine what black voters see in Hillary Clinton. Maybe Trump can't either, because he's been hammering on the 'what have you got show for voting democrat all these decades' theme.

It's risky because there's a chance the crowd could be thin [which the media will just happen to notice lol], but I think Trump needs to go into an urban area and talk directly to a black audience.

It's a gambit but it could win him the election.

/shrugs......but will blacks actually believe the lies you try to spread about his campaign......or will they think about the 40% unemployment among black youth in Detroit that he talked about today.......what do they have to lose?.....

Newsflash, Detroit isn't the center of the universe and this has been an issue for decades.

so you have no problem if this non-center of the universe decides to vote for Trump because what the hell do they have to lose......why don't you just come out and say it......"hey Detroit!.......you aren't the center of the universe, we don't give a fuck who you vote for this year!"........

No, what I want to say to Detroit is "vote for a Republican and you'll be getting what you always got before from them."
