Thats right...they couldn't do anything about Freddie and Fannie.....the R's don't vote in lockstep like Dem's do and they never came close to anything like a super majority like Obama enjoyed......and Obama STILL did not get all his legislation passed even with Super Maj......

Which is all irrelevant........the FACT remains that Bush tried for 2 years to get some Regulation on Fannie and Freddie while Democrats denied any problems.....the result was the catastrophe that led to today....wanna look at the video again and then deny what you see and hear?

His assessment wasn't necessarily honest. The truth of history is that the Bush admin holds a lot of responsibility for the crash & subsequent downturn. He's making more of a statement of accountability (for about the 14th time).

The truth of history is right in front of you face....video proof....democrats filmed live and in color, in their own words, in front of witnesses, denying the facts they were being presented....
