"Advanced Search" showed up as a link in your reply, so evidently Damo didn't take it away unless he took it away from just YOU. Think hard, were you abusing it somehow? It's pretty cool though, you can search by username, keywords, dates, and relevance. So, you have my username, and I've been here since 2009. Let me give you a clue: start your searching with the keywords "BLM", "antifa", and "blue shitholes". I think that's the closest you're going to get to me talking about minorities and where they live. Get cracking, Nancy Drew! This mystery isn't going to solve itself!

And now, an attempt to return to our regularly scheduled program, with a little anecdote about Thomas Jefferson and the separation of church and state.

TJ was born into the Anglican church (Church of England) and married and buried in it (after it was disengaged from the COE and was rebranded as the Episcopal Church). The salient point is, he worked very diligently to DISESTABLISH the Anglican Church in the state of Virginia. In the colonial era, the COE was part of the state (or colonial) government, and the Anglican clergy were required to swear an oath of allegiance to the English crown. This was the literal "separation of church and state" that has since been perverted.

The function exists, but it's been toned down somehow. Try it yourself.

I support separation of church and state so you, "TJ" and myself are in agreement there.
