You congress passed a bill that bans the same type of thing. If you think it violates the Constitution take it to the supreme court and see what the justices think about protests in front of their homes.

I am curious who you think was arrested for NOT entering the Capitol. Please provide us with names so we can see the indictments. I guarantee no one was arrested simply because the peacefully protested.

It is only the weak and the fearful who see this brand of fascism as a good thing. Reichwingers here in Michigan have protested at the homes of the governor, the secretary of state, the head of the state health department, etc. Armed protesters even. Can you imagine the hue and cry from the Reichtards if Gov. Whitmer (D) signed a FL-type anti-protest law into being?
