Show us where the Constitution gives the speaker of the house sole authority over impeachment. You can't, because it doesn't. It reads The House. It also doesn't read, select Democrat Party Committee members.

As you know she does not have the sole authority over impeachment, If an impeachment occurs, it will be with the full vote of the House of Representatives.

An impeachment inquiry also requires a full vote of the house. What's going on now is a DNC / Democrat Party inquiry.

Ok, you can call it that, a rose by any other name is still a rose. You see, inquiries go on all the time without a full vote of the House, what requires an impeachment inquiry to be different?

Actuall impeachment will come with a full vote.

Where in the Constitution does she have the right to call for an IMPEACHMENT inquiry and/or dole out subpoena's?

Even Holder ignored the House and there was no impeachment or arrest warrants and I bet you didn't have a problem with Holder ignoring the house.
