A highly technical violation and one in which any government information that was exchanged over any private server was of such a low level of classification that the same information could be found in newspapers and magazines.
Often times information is marked as classified even though it has become public knowledge and was just never declassified.

So, instead of pulling up stakes and moving back to the US, manufactures are staying put in Mexico.
Honda Motor-affiliated parts maker Keihin will raise the hourly wage of employees at a factory in Mexico to $16 triple the average rate of a parts factory in Mexico, but still cheaper than making a move.
