Yeah, he should get hit with involuntary manslaughter if he was in any way associated with the production of the film but it would be hard to really slam him for what is clearly a mistake more accurately put in the hands of the person who loaded the prop (the armourer).

No, the DA is an ambitious politician who is looking at her future in politics.

I'm talking about you when I say the MAGAs are hoping for Baldwin's demise. Deny it all you want, what the DA wants and what you want are two different things.

I will admit that I dislike Baldwin but it is because he is a hot headed jerk. Have you seen the phone call he gave his daughter. Pure jerk.

The first thing anybody is ever taught in firearms safety is to personally check every weapon handed to you and to always assume every weapon is loaded. Nothing he said was right, and ultimately he was the boss. He had no control over what was going on with firearms on his set. Another person that should be charged is whomever brought live rounds to a set regardless of his permissive firearms handling the union has its own safety rules that they knew they should follow.

So ridiculous. No one was criminally convicted in Brandon Lee's death. Baldwin's attorneys have precedent on their side as well.

They've since reconciled (Baldwin and his daughter). Yeah, he was a total asshole for doing that. But from time to time, most people can be total assholes.
