52% of Democratic voters in Florida SUPPORT so-called 'Don't Say Gay' bill

Again: You can't ban the verbal and then accept the physical, because the latter entails DISCUSSION. Kids will question, as is their nature. If you've ever taught little folk or been around them, you'd know this. So, given this "law", one would have to ban the gay parents from attending school functions because the teachers could not "explain" things to the classroom the next school day. If you've got a way around this, I'd love to hear it.
you dont get it. i explained it to you. no "instructions"
talk to the hand

I see LV has been busy with the usual obfuscation - i didnt thread ban it.
i'll see what kind of insane shit it wrote

You lied about getting an unsolicited mail in ballot to try and interfere in the 2020 election using Russian Active Measures.

Their rights. Simply a parent has a right to teach their children values, the government does not.

Where is that right specifically enumerated?

This is already codified and enumerated in the 1st Amendment where folks get to believe what they will without regard to your beliefs, they get to assemble, and they get to petition government.

The 1A doesn't address parental rights to indoctrinate their own kids.

Sorry, it's just not in there.

You do not get to codify your belief system however much you value it because the government cannot select and codify a belief system as more valid than another establishing a standard belief set for the nation.

Government doesn't do that and neither do teachers.

Because government employees are not allowed to indoctrinate into your beliefs just like they are not allowed to indoctrinate their beliefs into your children.
they HAVE BEEN indoctrinating.
Loot at Virginia. The Republican won because he stood up to teachers unions
and said "parental rights" (sic).. "leave them kids alone" ( the Wall)

So let me get this straight. Under the bill it would be illegal for teachers to tell boys and girls that there are separate bathrooms for each sex since that would be defining sexual identity. Under the law any parent that didn't think that children should go to sexually identified bathrooms could be able to sue the school since clearly the school at that point is trying to force a sexual identity on the children.
There are so many ways this can be challenged! Thanks, great example.

right on cue.

You haven't ever been to a PTA meeting or a School Board meeting have you? What do you thinks School Board elections are for, shits and giggles?

I have been to plenty because I'm an active member of my community.

The PTA has no authority over teachers.

"classroom instruction" -no.. bathrooms dont apply. only teaching gender miasma junk

And you lied about saying he lied.

Nope, he lied:

I didn't ask for a mail in, I would have never known it was sent except my Russian neighbor
( who values American democracy more then most Americans) was kind enough to bring it over
return postage paid envelope included.. what could possibly go wrong?? :palm:

That whole thing was a lie.

He made it all up.

The reason he made it up was because he works on behalf of Russia, and he grifted you because you have long-haul COVID brain fog and aren't acutely aware when someone is ripping you off and using you:

We assess that Russia is likely to continue amplifying criticisms of vote-by-mail and shifting voting processes amidst the COVID-19 pandemic to undermine public trust in the electoral process.

No, but it makes it illegal for a gay teacher to tell their students that they are married.

So that's identity erasure.

no. instructing the kids is the key phrase. talking about / mentioning in passing are not instructiing

These perverts have been going around putting the notion into kids mind they might be a different gender
and then using school resources for "exercises" and stuff
that is INSTRUCTION
