The principal is the teacher's boss, and their boss is the superintendent.

Parents are not in that reporting structure.

If you want to get technical, the true boss would be the people who pay property taxes, of which you aren't one because you don't own a home.

The superintendent is their boss. The superintendent is selected and hired by the School Board the School Board is selected by the parents so yes the parents are the teachers bosses. Parents pay for the buildings and the teacher's salaries.

So let me get this straight. Under the bill it would be illegal for teachers to tell boys and girls that there are separate bathrooms for each sex since that would be defining sexual identity. Under the law any parent that didn't think that children should go to sexually identified bathrooms could be able to sue the school since clearly the school at that point is trying to force a sexual identity on the children.

Depends on where you live. If you live in the country and not in town you can build it exactly how you want it. But the contractors in town must follow the law. Just like the teachers in Florida must follow the law. The contractors in town don't get to build houses any way they please. Thanks for making my point.

Their rights. Simply a parent has a right to teach their children values, the government does not. This is already codified and enumerated in the 1st Amendment where folks get to believe what they will without regard to your beliefs, they get to assemble, and they get to petition government. You do not get to codify your belief system however much you value it because the government cannot select and codify a belief system as more valid than another establishing a standard belief set for the nation. Even if you believe it soooo much that you just "KNOW" that everybody should believe it too.
