you are the one that can't understand analogies.
Brought your own posts forward, so you could aplogize for your accusation.
Capital One - Chase - I and E
United States Supreme Court, Murdock v. commonwealth of pennsylvania.
there is no law, which is why it's the law. Anything not specifically prohibited, is therefore allowed. Since there is no law that prohibits carrying in a bank, carrying in a bank is legal.
You're still the one who decided to take the same road that the anti-gay marriage people take.
You can either wait, until I return later; or you can google Arizona Open Carry and CCW laws yourself.![]()
maybe you have misunderstood my posts. I never said there was case law for 'anything not specifically prohibited by law, is therefore legal'. That is a key to common law.again...how does that apply to your claim? all i'm asking is for you to explain how it applies. i don't see it. i'm asking you to analogize the case to to the current issue.
sure, and a grand jury can indict a ham sandwich. That doesn't mean it's against the law, however, in the circumstance you have given, 'spitting' or 'other bodily fluid or waste' is part of the defined weapon in most states.that is what i'm talking about. dookie is not defined as assault, but, one can apply the current law to make dookie in face against the law.
no, they don't have to. They can certainly come ask me to leave, or even call the cops if they don't want to do it themselves, but that doesn't make me a trespasser yet until i've been given the actual notice, verbal or written.i'm not sure we disagree here. though i disagree with your statement that the bank has to put up a sign, like...no shirt, no shoes....no guns...no service.
idiots did the same thing in virginia and texas.AZ tried to pass the same thing; but the "what if brigade" stalled it.
it does depend on the state. for example, in Texas no place of business can just place a sign or even ask a gun carrier to leave UNLESS they have the exact signage placed on their place of business according to TPC 30.06cite it......you're still making posts...so stfu and cite

where is the right enumerated that we can openly carry arms in all places?
i'm not sure if i would feel comfortable walking down main street with dozens of people with guns in open carry holsters. especially, if i was in a bank.
i appreciate where you are coming from tom, but if no other country had the 1st amendment (i am aware of the international version, just a hypo), that would not change my mind on our 1st amendment.
as to other countries, i believe in israel you can open carry. i'm not sure about other countries.
Israel, Switzerland, Czech Republic. Both Italy and France have a CCW system.
Also, Iraq and Afghanistan allow open carry.

You're incorrect, the Czech Republic is simply the most liberal about gun rights, so its more common for them.I have been to all of those countries except Israel. I believe that the Czech republic is the only one which allows CCW.
