Since both books are the product of man, with the intent to control and exploit, then this discussion is irrelevant.
I never cease to be amazed at the gullibility of some people and certainly join with most people in my despair over Americans. A new church every day with more and more crooked pastors/vicars/priests laughing all the way to the bank.
Get down on your miserable bended knee and fill my plate with your hard earned cash so I may purchase the luxuries that god says I must have to carry his word.
And then you think you understand politics!! You don't even understand yourselves!
None of you are worthy of even touching the garments of the man you should be emulating. Who the f*** ever told you people you were special because he or she created the funniest joke of all time.
I think it is an extension from the Brits and their empire. Pretty much all the "children" of Britlandia think they are special and entitled to some freedoms that others don't. Including ex-pats living in Hong Kong. This is particularly displayed in their weird Amerophile oddities who are both drawn to Americans and "hate" them at the same time. They spend an inordinate amount of time speaking with Americans while at the same time trying to devalue them with snipey comments on websites like this one about how they should act.
While their contributions are great when they are speaking of their own opinion, their silly comments about Americans only underline the fact that they simply don't know us very well and base all their experience on TV or on the few they meet overseas.
