Good God - please READ. Just READ. Nowehere in this response:
"The prep in anticipation of this hurricane was spot on. And look at the area covered - many states, many local authorities to coordinate with, many millions more to evacuate or prepare. They're right...there really is no comparison to Katrina. This one was more involved.
As for what happened after the storm hit...who can forget over a full day of images of thousands of people stranded in New Orleans, in the floods...while NO leadership came from anywhere? There was a void, and a sense of chaos. Americans watching the fiasco had the same questions...what's going on? Who is in charge? Why isn't anyone helping these people?
Stark contrast, indeed...."
Am I saying either Bush OR Nagin was responsible for people stranded in the streets right after the storm hit. But, Bush is responsible for the lack of leadership when it was clear that people were stranded there and no one was doing anything about it. Thus, my descriptions of "while", "void" and "sense of chaos."
You CANNOT READ. I'm tired of explaining this to you. Your whole "gotcha," which has been such a sidetrack, is completely BS. What a fail....
