Those poor Milwaukee teachers

No, you weren't "answering his stupidity with the same logic"...

You were just being the same douchebag you always are when you don't like how someone responds.

The point is that everyone's children get the same educational opportunities.

If the wealthy can afford to send their kids to private prep school, that is fine, but they still have to pay for a "public" education just like everyone else...and it truly is ironic that it is the wealthiest of us doing the most whining about how "unfair" it is that they have to actually PAY for their children's private school.

You want to be able to whine about how UNFAIR it is that you have to pay for other people's kids to go to school, well, I wasn't too happy about paying to put your whiny little butt behind a desk, but I did anyway, BECAUSE THAT'S MY PATRIOTIC DUTY.

Maybe you could stop whining for just a little while and try and do yours for once?

It is a matter of national security in my opinion.

The benefits of an educated populace are too numerous to list.

I don't think you'll find too many people arguing educating our youth isn't important. The big issue is how do we improve all schools but specificially ones in lower income neighborhoods.

No, you weren't "answering his stupidity with the same logic"...

Wrong moron.... it was EXACTLY the same.

He said 'I don't want to fund someone else's kids, let them pay for it'

I responded 'I don't want to fund someone else's kids, let them pay for it'

I know that your tiny little mind has problems with anything beyond breathe in breathe out.... so no need to continue showing us what an idiot you are.

The point is that everyone's children get the same educational opportunities.

Which AGAIN.... VOUCHERS bring us closer to that. No matter how small you think the chances are for a poor kid to be able to use a voucher and get a private education.... those chances are GREATER than if we simply said 'tough shit kid, you are going to public schools like it or not'

The vouchers give them a SHOT.... a lack of vouchers does not.

Again moron.... I have NO PROBLEM paying for a kid to go to school. One of us wants that money to go to the school that gives the kid the best chance to succeed..... and it isn't you.

Now, I know you will simply ignore this yet again and continue creating your moronic straw men as your tiny mind cannot win any legitimate debate, thus your only chance is to create a fictional position to knock down.

That is EASY... we simply keep forcing them to go to the same failed public school systems that have been going to.

:good4u:

The real problem I have with vouchers is why the hell should I as a taxpayer subsidize someone who wants to send their kid to a private school. If you want to send your kid to a private school get your hands the fuck out of my pockets! Pay for it your self you cheap bastards.

Wrong moron.... it was EXACTLY the same.

Are you physiologically incapable of telling the truth?

Is that what's wrong with you??

Mott was speaking SPECIFICALLY of VOUCHERS and of not having to pay for some rich kid to use one to go o a private school...yet you CONVENIENTLY leave that part out of the reply from him you quoted...why is that?

Ohhhhhhh right...because if you left part out, you could make up some bullshit and claim you were just using the "same logic"

Ironically, if one goes back and re-reads your origianl response to Mot...you specifically said: "why the FUCK should I pay to send ANYONES kids to school? Pay for it your own self you cheap fucking bastards."

Emphasis on the "Anyones"...No mention of "vouchers"...just you whining about having to pay for ANYONES kids...one more piece of evidence that proves you're just another selfish Rightie out for no one but you.

Hey Einstein...my kids are done with school as are many people who live in the district, but guess what, I still pay school taxes and so do those people.

You really haven't thought this thing through, you are merely throwing a temper tantrum and emoting. Better call yourself a MORON.

I was paraphrasing you dolt. No extra money would be coming out of his pocket. As I pointed out to him. The childs funds that are paid by the Fed simply go to another school. As I pointed out to him.

He was bitching about having to 'pay for someone else's kid'.... which is why I spun it back on him in the manner I did. It is really amusing that I have to explain this to you so many times.

All the voucher does is change WHO the fed pays the money to. It does not alter how much we pay in taxes one bit. Period.

Ironically, if one goes back and re-reads your origianl response to Mot...you specifically said: "why the FUCK should I pay to send ANYONES kids to school? Pay for it your own self you cheap fucking bastards."

Again... it was in response to his saying the same fucking thing. He didn't want to pay for other people's kids. Is that really so difficult for you to comprehend?

Wow.... look .... another idiot from the left that has reading comprehension problems.

and you two idiots wonder why people want an option available to them to send their kids to a private or charter school. They should simply use your photos and say... 'this is why we don't trust the public education system, we don't want our kids to end up like this'

I went to private schools, guess that kind of puts a damper on your mockery.
:loveu:

But then, it was your church going and God fearing parents that made sure that happen.
You didn't pay for it yourself.

Nope, it was the god fearing farmers that paid for it, all my folks paid for was the book rental. The Catholic church I attended was very wealthy! Those good farmers would die and leave a portion of their land to the church.

And again; it was your church going and God fearing parents that made sure it happened.
Unless you're trying to say that the Church forced your parents to make you go.

Yes, I am STILL thankful for my god fearing parents being such wonderful people. It is who they are and I am who I am. My children will probably thank this godless parent for being wonderful, too :loveu:

Really? Funny, because it was Zappa and Bfgrn I was referring to.

That said, also very funny that you went to private school and are now complaining about poor kids having the same opportunity via vouchers.

Then your comment, towards SF, and you have just fallen flat on your ass; because the attempt failed.

Check out the collection of posts, in my post just above this one, and you can see how her pathetic attempt at something; failed miserably.

Well, being that my family wasn't rich and the school was free, you don't really have a point and there were many different income levels that were able to attend the schools, so once again, you speak before you know what you are talking about. :loveu:

And of course the poor children of today should not get anything free; especially if it's with vouchers because you have such VAST and experienced knowledge of the system that lends authority to your opinion.

It's a good thing your education was free. It ought to be against the law to pay for what you've learned. :palm:

You know that I have a lot of experince with alternative public programs of which voucher's is but one. I keep reading all of these so opinionated experts and I just have to laugh at their idiocy~
