Liz Wheeler provides the very best frame by frame closeup analysis that I have seen. I encourage you to watch it starting at about 18 minutes. I don't think it was murder. It looks like Pretti:
1. carried a gun and two magazines illegally to a protest.
2. Was illegally trying to obstruct ICE.
3. Put his hands on an ICE officer
4. Engaged in a physical struggle with ICE officers
5. Was disarmed during the fight with ICE officers
6. Reached to his back waist band
7.Came out with an object in his hand (a magzine?)

The videos also seem to show
1. A ICE agent removing Pretti's SIG P320 (A gun design know to accidentally discharge)
2. Pretti's gun seems to discharge simultaneously when the first gunshot is heard and a recoil is seen on the gun and agents arm. (I previously did not believe rumors that his gun discharged)
3. Then after Pretti reaches for his holster comes out with a dark object and after a gun discharged ICE shoots Pertti.

We don't know if the shooter agent knew if Pertii was disarmed or not and we don't know if he thought Pretii pulled out a second gun or a knife. We don't know if the agent saw Pretii pull something from his holster then heard a discharge and thought Pertii was shooting a gun.

BTW : SIG P320 have a history of accidental discharge. Some law enforcement agencies ban their officers from carrying them.)

There's no need for either the word "more" or "less". Both were justified (in the binary sense) and neither will incur any wrongful death judgements like the Ashli Babbitt murder did.

Gregory Bovino relieved as Border Patrol commander-at-large​

Gregory Bovino has been relieved of his position as Border Patrol commander-at-large and will be returning to El Centro, sources told Nexstar’s NewsNation.

It follows Border Patrol agents being put back on standby in Minnesota despite earlier reports that agents under Bovino would be leaving after Monday.

Border czar Tom Homan is heading to Minneapolis and will meet with Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey on Tuesday.

The Minnesota style jackbooted raids are over, they have done severe damage to President Trump and the Republican brand. I wish Pretti had lived long enough to see what he was able to accomplish.
