The hearing made clear that Smith is a criminal with utterly no integrity. Which is why Obama put him in play in a first place. The real shame is that Smith will face no sort of penalty for his felonies - reinforcing the idea that Marxists are above the law. He lied to Congress when he said his prosecution of Trump was not politically motivated he had no answer for why he dumped 15 million pages of documents on the defense then demanded a trial in less than 4 months so it would be before the election. He even went to the Supreme Court to get the trial move to before the election.
