Yes we did, and that Committee led to charges forwarded the AG that resulted in Smith’s investigation. If Trump’s Judge in Florida, and his Supreme Court, hadn’t weighed in a trial would have proceeded, as Smith confirmed, he had a case

And RussiaGate was real, Junior, Paul, and Jared’s meeting in Trump Tower confirmed it
