If the law is on your side, argue the law.
If the facts are on your side, argue the facts.
If you have neither in your favor, bang your shoe on the table and demand the case be thrown out.
Right now, if you follow what James, and her lawyer(s), are doing, they've picked option #3. They're demanding the prosecutor be fired because she supposedly was improperly hired. They're claiming the case is about retribution. They're saying the charges are unfounded and nonsense, and they're doing all of that in the MSM to the greatest degree they can.
