The appeals court did not toss Engoron's ruling completely out. It only tossed the fine. The rest of the ruling remains intact. Trump's businesses are run by a court appointed monitor and Trump and his sons are prevented from being on any position of leadership in a company in NY for 2 to 5 years.

The fine was the only thing that matters in a civil suit. It is the sentence. Findings of fact, however tenuous or debatable, are irrelevant once a civil suit is decided. It's like saying that everybody knows OJ was the murderer that he didn't get convicted doesn't matter.
 
She looked very uncomfortable this morning...the loud shouting and preaching barely covered up the fact that she looked as though any moment she would burst into tears...

She's clearly guilty not only of the fraud but of harboring a felon for years...

Be less stupid. I never said it was "rounding error" and in mathematics it is very easy to have a massive error is one person applies penalties the next person deems to not apply. It is more common than not for huge awards at the court level to be reduced by the appellate court who take a different view.

The penalty being gone (for now, as it is being appealed) is irrelevant to the Trump findings of fraud. Trump remains a Fraudster.

There are many people who are found guilty of crimes and given no sentence or punishment but what matters is the criminal designation they live with for the rest of their lives.

Trump is a fraudster and that did not change. You saying 'ya but he paid no fine', has meaning only to a stupid person.

The fraud finding is irrelevant. It will have zero impact on Trump. That the award was tossed is all that matters in a civil suit.

Ask General Motors and Firestone about that and their conspiracy to do in the LA "Big Red" streetcar system.

Garland is the MOST responsible for this, imo.

He witnessed the one of the greatest crimes waged against America since the Civil War and he said 'I will only investigate the Top antagonists if they run for office and if they do not I will just go after the street level crimes'.

On day 1 being sworn in he should have stated the severity of the crime we all witnessed, and empowered 1 or more Special Prosecutors to chase down all aspects.

The biggest aspect was that all the GOP States were using the same template forms to deny certification which Ken Chesbro admitted, in his guilty plea came from the Trump team. That is far more easy to trace then trying to prove the Roger Stone and other connection to the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers and their role in antagonizing and whipping up the crowd with an intent to get them to storm the Capital. But that should have an investigator too.

There is zero chance if that was Bill Barr, under Trump, he would have failed as miserably as Garland did.

Garland likes to say the law acts 'without fear and favor' every time he has a mic in front of him and yet he acted with the ultimate fear and gave the ultimate favor to Trump due to his desire to not look political, something the right accused him of anyway.

OMFG. You really are in a cult because you don't know what the actual results were. Why is Trump appealing the rest of it if the fine is the only thing that matters?

ABC News and Anna Bower are going through contortions to attempt to discredit the indictment against Big Tish.

And it appears to me that they may be involved in disseminating leaked testimony from a Grand Jury in the matter.

The EDVA indictment of Big Tish seems in my professional opinion to be an accurate portrayal of the lines on the Federal income tax form Schedule E which defines Rental Income line 26 distinctly from “Rents received” line 3.

Is it possible that the fired prosecutors that may include those cited in the fake news coverage really did not understand or refused to consider mortgage facts and standard tax forms?

OJ did not get the guilty finding. He avoid the most serious part. He did get a civil penalty fine but everyone agrees that is nothing compared to what he avoided in the guilty finding.

Trump is the opposite. The Fraud finding stands. He is a Fraudster under law. But unlike OJ, he managed to avoid the civil cash penalty for now.

They are opposite stories and Trump got the worst of it. His Fraud finding stands.

Yes as i said from the start, neither this nor the Comey case will likely survive the Pre Trial motions to dismiss as Trump and Co are both corrupt and incompetent.

I have said for years that the Dem super power is Magat Stupidity. Beyond even being innocent it is their stupidity. If the Dems actually did do something illegal the magats are so stupid they not file the cases properly and get them thrown out.

The rules on appointing a US Attorney are crystal clear but Trump being Trump says 'fuck those rules... i am a king and will do it my way', and then the cases get thrown out and magats cry 'oh how unfair'.
