Again the problem is your are poorly educated so you see an example where the person is caught as somehow a problem with the system.
A smart person knows you can make it so a crime has an instant death penalty and that DOES NOT stop people from trying to do that crime. You cannot prevent that. A system that catches that crime is all you can do and yet here you are trying to say 'look this case with the dog was caught' as an example of the system failure.

After an election worker separates a mail in vote from the envelope there are ZERO ways to identify who cast the vote. So one or two election workers that wanted to cheat could sway the election in their state and as soon as the envelope from the ballot and there is no way to detect the fraud.

Taking a stack of fraudulent mail in votes then separating them from their envelopes then counting them as legit votes.
For every vote they gain by fraud, they will lose two honest votes. And get caught and denied at an ever increasing rate.

hey retard tell us what measure you could put in place that could stop a person trying to register any fake identity to vote?
How would they get a stack of fraudulent votes into the secure headquarters of the Supervisor of Elections office?
They would have to know ahead of time how many they needed, and usually its thousands. Nobody knows what states will be super close ahead of time.
