E Jean Wins Again

The definition was changed fairly recently and I was wondering why but I can see that I won't get any sense out of you on the subject.

What is fairly recent?

In 1956, federal law defined rape as a sexual act

The definition for sexual act in 1986 included anything inserted into another person's certain body parts.

The standard for rape in the US is anything inserted into certain body parts and has been for quite some time.

2013 is fairly recent!

Beginning with the 2013 data year, the term “forcible” was removed from the offense title, and the definition was changed. The revised UCR definition of rape is penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim. Attempts or assaults to commit rape are also included in the statistics presented here; however, statutory rape and incest are excluded.

The UK does not consider penetration by a finger as rape. The definition in the US was changed due to constant pressure from activists. The UK is right. I might also add that the statute of limitations had run out on this case and again pressure from activists changed the law.

Assault by penetration is when someone puts an object or any part of the body other than their penis (for example fingers) into another person's vagina or anus, without the person's permission.

This is data collection and has nothing to do with the law or how rape is categorized in each state or in Federal law.
In 2013, the FBI Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) Program began collecting rape data under a revised definition within the Summary Reporting System

The idea that somehow this changed the meaning of the word rape in the US is laughable.

False.

The definition in the US was changed to be in sync with many other 1st world jurisdictions and because it makes sense.

Again the history of the law on rape came from a very antiquated view that was primary 'Men rape women by inserting penis in vagina'. It was a very male centred view that this was the highest offense (protect female purity), while relegating a man forcible raping a mans ass or anyone using objects (broom handles, etc) could also penetrate the person and to the victim it is not less traumatizing.

It came out of the religious view that only the penis in vagina destroyed a woman's virginity and damaged her for other males who then would not want to marry her.

to say to a person who just got forcibly, against their will fisted, and fucked with various objects (broom handles, etc) that 'oh you were not raped', is just silly and the type of right nutter activist stuff. Of course that person was rape. Many men are raped in prisons in ways that are every bit, and often times worse, than many of the rapes you would consider fine, and due to some outdated notion, they should not be excluded from the rape definition.

And what is it called in the gooklands?

Lies,

She had contemporaneous witness testimony from the day it happened based on a call she made detailing the event. that is even more compelling than contemporaneous notes taken, which are considered very high value evidence and which Trump is facing with his many lawyers, who have had those notes seized by Jack Smith.

There was no witness of what she claimed and she could not even say when it happened. There was no proof it actually happened
