The trans obsession on the right continues.
See the story "I am Jazz" about serious and multiple operations involving painful mutilation and follow up procedures to make sure the created opening did not "seal up"_....or talk to a real person who's had Anterolateral thigh phalloplasty...and what that involves...or a double mastectomy when they were a teen... The "medical sources" aren't going to include the real stories of procedures that basically mean lifelong maintenance and permanent disfigurement...
Froggy, you really do spout some serious bullshit at times.
Then why are you so obsessed with transgenders? Why are there literally dozens of threads started about how horrible they are? What are you afraid of? Why are you so full of hate?
Conservatives are supposed to be about freedom.
If someone wants to switch genders - what's the problem? Why does it affect anyone else?
It's just fear & hate. Always.
Who cares? Given the serious mental health issues trans persons have, they're far more likely to just commit suicide and render the whole thing moot...
Yeah, contributing to that result makes your day.

You guys love big government deciding these things for people, I don’t.

Not recognizing it as the true problem is on you, not me. Coddling the insane is never a good idea.
Another lie, a Vaginoplasty gives the trans woman the same size vagina as a cis woman and can accommodate the same sized penis a cis woman can accommodate.
You people really should educate yourself, use a medical source and not some idiot on Twitter.
It’s a lieSounds wonderful.
Transgenders aren't insane.
Just an FYI.
I don't know where "doctor" Mannarino got his info, but Johns Hopkins gives the real numbers.
What is the average depth of a vagina after vaginoplasty?
[FONT=&]"The depth depends on patient preferences and anatomy. On average, the constructed vaginal canal is between 4 and 6 inches deep. Vaginal depth is dependent on the amount of skin available in the genital area before your vaginoplasty. This varies among individuals, and some patients may need skin grafts. Some patients may request a no-depth or minimal-depth vaginal canal, which is also possible."
