Seattle or Portland, Oregon. Seems like a State problem to me. Why didn't Pedo Don do something about it if it was Federal?

It wouldn't be an insurrection if Mickey Mouse said it and it wasn't an insurrection because a sign posted in the City of Seattle said it.

Prosecutors are asking for 15 years and eight months in prison for Maly, according to a sentencing memo filed by the government.

If you mean an insurrection against the city government of Seattle's domain over a couple of streets you may have a ridiculous point comparing that to the Jan. 6 assault on the national government.

Again you use words you clearly do not understand. It was not an insurrection, as an insurrection is a specific charge within law and it was not charged. Unlike in the Jan6th insurrection.
