No shit. I'd have to go to someone with a FFL. What do you think the requirements of FFL dealer are when handing over a gun to a customer? Same as any gun store; fill out the ATF form, run a background check and pay the cost plus Uncle Sam's cut.

Appears it went right over your head, you check the “I consent” box at the bottom of the terms and that’s it, no one is going to follow up to see if you actually did follow the terms, it is a private sale, done within State lines and you are good to go, as I said just like Craigslist

Dude, the FFL dealer enforces it or he goes to prison. Even though the FFL dealer is operating out of his garage instead of a pawn shop or Walmart, the requirements are the same. Who ever told you that people can order a machine gun from Amazon delivered to your house is lying to you.
