There are about 11,500 federal prisoners serving an average of 88 months for marijuana convictions. If those laws are unconstitutional those prisoners would love for you to serve as their lawyer to convince the Supreme Court of that fact. Wait, the Supreme Court cannot make those changes. What a dilemma.
The Supreme Court did not "change" the Constitution but interpreted the meaning of the congressional power to regulate interstate commerce. The Constitutional language is broad and vague and how it is applied is determined by the courts. It does not define interstate commerce which leads to a lot of possible interpretations. Certainly marijuana is sold in interstate commerce. I do not favor such interpretations, but I recognize that only the courts have the power to make such an interpretation.
Do you oppose the Dobbs decision which changed the Constitution?

The Dobbs decision did not change the Constitution in any way. It corrected previous unconstitutional SCOTUS rulings and returned the issue of abortion back to the individual States, where it belongs per the Constitution.
