Then you should be railing against Biden usurping Congress's power to make the budget. Biden--the executive branch--has ZERO power to make budgetary law. By forgiving student loans he is changing federally contracted payments by students illegally.

All their salaries are $174k or higher, which makes them ineligible for any student debt forgiveness. There is neither quid nor quo here.
