It is very kind of you to attempt to reason with Hawk. You need to understand his objective is not to debate, it is to troll and to inflict maximum damage.

I really wish he wasn't here - not because I don't like free speech, but because I don't like evil people. And he has been possessed by something evil, due to some self-inflicted trauma.

Considering you failed to back up your claim with a relevant cited source, basically amounts to trolling bullshit. Yet, how's about giving tRump and his repuke co-conspires a reasonable sentence when it comes to all combined 1,000 years with no parole for their high crimes against the State, in particular, at waging war on America to the point of stealing classified documents out of the White House (to which damage control needed to take place) when those documents should have been handed over to the National Archives. Mr. Pelosi's issue greatly pales in comparison that amounts to a misdemeanor compared to high crimes of treason demonstrated among tRump and his lawlessly hacked in repuke gutter mob to do the bidding of foreign enemies, the devil and a bunch of sold out insurrectionist suckers who continue to get busted!

Have you ever seen in your life those charts where you mark if you are M or F and how much you have drunk over how many hours and then track what your BAC likely is, and how long it will take you to get legal if you stop drinking?

This fuck should have been charged on what science says he was likely at at the time of the crime...not his BAC hours after......you and I would be.

Paul Pelosi has gotten a slightly harsher sentence, but relatively close to a reasonable sentence. He decided not to fight it, which he might have won. I do not see why you are complaining.

Neither of us would be. Both of us, if we drove buzzed, would be charged with what our BAC was when tested. If we hired a lawyer...even a minimally competent one...it would be a given. But even if we didn't...the judge would almost certainly go with the BAC.

So...apparently the answer to Walt's question is that you are unable to furnish a link to that comment on your part.

My other comment would be...why is our side of this thing talking about what Trump has done to fuck up our country...and your side seems more interested in what is on HUNTER Biden's computer and how much Nancy Pelosi's husband drank before driving HIS car?

I have not researched what his BAC likely was at the time of the crime, I have only said that it was certainly much higher than it was 2H 15M later.

If you need more than that then you know where to find Google.
 
I am told that contrary to the movies coffee does not help....in fact the caffeine can kick up your buzz...only time brings your BAC down.

2H 15M is a long fucking time.
