Good for him. Most ppl would have gotten a lawyer and had it pled down to a traffic ticket. I know several ppl who were busted with higher BACs than that who did exactly that so have no DUI on their record. Mr. Pelosi did right.

So why are you whining and impotently groaning, pEarl? He got five days in jail. And a fine. And has to be on probation for three years. Sounds like the law was applied fairly despite his wealth and power. Were you hoping for an execution?\

Pelosi got time served...from 11PM to 1AM the next day...2 hours.
