Roe V Wade has been overturned.

A lot of conservatives spent the past decade or so reassuring all of us that this would "never" happen.

no it's not "radical" Roe's problem was always it's grounded in implied rights
Implied rights are real,and not 2nd class, but they rely on stare decisis -not the Constitutional text.

So this court is technically correct, I just think it would have been better to leave it alone
and accept the implied right as stare decisis

Roe was established precedent.

SCOTUS overturned it because they're a radical body now. It's a right-wing, theocratic court.

precedent isn't permanent. Like I said the whole thing was a house of cards as there isn't any rights to privacy anymore (another bad thing), and if you only rely on precedence..you are building on quicksand

Practicality says leave Roe v Wade alone, but Constitutional review doesn't protect implied rights

But, it takes a disaster like the attack on Pearl Harbor or this kind of attack on Women's Rights to wake up the sleeping Giant.

The Republican Party has just become the party of MEN who do not have any further claim to protecting women's right to choose.

Only 30% of Americans wanted to take away a Women's Choice by overturning Roe- Vs. Wade.

This goes to show you how out of touch the Supreme Court is now with America- How Out-of-touch the Republican Party is with the Vocal Majority- How out-of-touch the filibuster is with the Vocal Majority!

This goes to show you how Republican politics has pissed off 70% of the Vocal Majority of Americans.

This was political over-reach by TRUMP APPOINTED JUDGES WHO WERE SELECTED PURPOSELY FOR OVER-TURNING ROE VS. WADE!
