Each country is different of course but in my experiences traveling I've never been f'd with. From an economic perspective it doesn't really benefit any country to have potential tourists think the local gov't can do anything it wants to people who visit.

You are confusing legal and illegal immigrants. A million (or more) are allowed to immigrate legally each year and those policies are still being followed. That is what distinguishes legal from illegal.

What policy did Biden change for legal immigrants to enter the country?

A judge ruled that Biden can not stop President Trump’s “remain in Mexico” policy but Biden is violating that order.

It was written for the newly formed country, the United (13 at the time) States of America, not any other country.
Our citizens have no constitutional rights outside of this country.

That does not apply to those getting legal residency papers. Those do not show up at the border but apply years in advance and finally get approval. Those people that show up at the border and are allowed in (Biden) or put in cages (Trump) are asking for refugee or asylum status.

Actually if they show up in the border they are supposed to stay in Mexico until the status of their refuge status is determined /. THAT IS THE LAW. And those "cages" were built and used in the Obama/Biden administration. Biden is still putting people in cages.

Yes, Obama, Trump, and Biden all kept people in cages.

Correction, it only applies to those seeking asylum, not refugee status. It applies to single adults and family units. It does not apply to unaccompanied children, Mexican citizens or nationals, those likely subject to persecution or torture in Mexico, those with known mental or health issues.

The primary difference between a refugee and an asylee is that a refugee is granted refugee status while still outside the United States; an asylum seeker is granted asylee status after entering the country or while seeking admission at a port of entry.
