What laws are they violating? They would not be legal residents if they were violating the law.

So? They are here illegally. they are absolutely lesser people, our constitution should not cover illegals. They should have no rights guaranteed under it. Throw them out!

Good. The allowance of anyone who doesn't pass the citizenship test should go back to where they came from.. Period!

Make them come through immigration legally. No other way should be accepted.

No, they are not here illegally. That is why there are called permanent legal residents. They followed the law.

You want the government to have the power to restrict the free speech, press, religion, search and seizure, etc. of those who are not citizens? You have destroyed the Constitution and turned it into an oppressive government.

Procedures for entering the country legally have not changed.

A majority of Hispanics still vote Democratic and Flores will not be re-elected in November. Her district will go from +4% Biden to +16% Biden.

Republicans gaining the House (and maybe Senate) will give us divided government which is the best situation. Congress will keep the administration from doing anything stupid and a Democratic administration will prevent Congress from doing anything stupid.

BS. I want to expand our constitutional rights. The Supreme Court just expanded freedom of religion.

And any idiot knows anybody in this country (tourists, legal residents) have the same constitutional rights because the Constitution prohibits government from infringing on those rights.

They are not American citizens. The constitution should only apply to American citizens. They have no rights, or so they should not.

Admittedly I haven't followed the whole conversation so my apologies if I am missing something here. We obviously gets lots of tourists from all over the world that visit America. Are you saying they shouldn't have constitutional rights while they are here? For example, if a cop pulls over someone visiting from another country they don't have to read them their Miranda rights, they can just kind of do whatever they want to?

I think of it in reverse, as Americans if we travel to other countries that we should have no rights? That's a rather frightening thought to me.
