Constitutional free speech protects us from government abridgement of our speech, not private business. Something that hurts our feelings, or is offensive, or is hate speech, or advocates the overthrow of government cannot be restricted by government.

Private business has its own rules.

Just stating the facts. Florida wants to tell private businesses what rules it can make about vaccinations, proscribe what cannot be taught in public schools, and how parents raise their children. You are obviously not familiar with these regulations. Try reading something other than right-wing propaganda.
