Anti-CRT law also bans Christianity

Does someone in a private business have the right to say things that might hurt the feelings of someone else? Or do "hurt feelings" trump all rights?

Constitutional free speech protects us from government abridgement of our speech, not private business. Something that hurts our feelings, or is offensive, or is hate speech, or advocates the overthrow of government cannot be restricted by government.

Private business has its own rules.

Florida has had some of their attempts to regulate private business blocked by the courts--like banning the cruise lines from requiring proof of vaccinations for passengers; yet, some of the destinations of the ship require vaccinations for entry.

Desantis has gone overboard with government regulations.

The alt right thinks that DeSantis, and other state governments should have near absolute authority.

Isn’t that the point of extreme RW authoritarianism?

Americans at the ends of the ideological spectrum are the most active in national politics
U.S. adults who fall on either end of the ideological spectrum are more active than other Americans across several measures of political engagement, from voting to posting about politics on social media to donating to campaigns. Americans who hold less consistently liberal or conservative views, by contrast, tend to be less engaged on these topics, as Pew Research Center studies have long found. Here are some recent findings that illustrate this dynamic.

Projection
Projection is the process of displacing one’s feelings onto a different person, animal, or object. The term is most commonly used to describe defensive projection—attributing one’s own unacceptable urges to another. For example, if someone continuously bullies and ridicules a peer about his insecurities, the bully might be projecting his own struggle with self-esteem onto the other person.

Just stating the facts. Florida wants to tell private businesses what rules it can make about vaccinations, proscribe what cannot be taught in public schools, and how parents raise their children. You are obviously not familiar with these regulations. Try reading something other than right-wing propaganda.

Florida wants to being sanity back. I know, you prefer the insanity that is defined by the Party of Lying Jackasses, but most of us do not. Run along hack. :palm:

DeSantis pushed through the law that made bringing up history that offends illegal.

LINK to this Bullshit Walt.

I get it. The media told mindless shills like you and Flash that it's okay to lie about and hate Desantis. People like him are a threat to the lie filled ideology Democrats and leftists wallow in.
:palm:

More gibberish. Who is "they"? Do you think we don't need regulation to protect lives and school children? Dumb. :palm:

"They" are those people seeking to use big government to regulate that behavior they don't like. They are the ones who claim parents should control the education of their children while passing laws regulating what schools can and cannot teach despite what parents want.

So you're referring to Democrats. Got it.
