It will be very interesting to me if these conservative judges believe in a living changing constitution when faced with a conservative cause that would require it.

I guess you could pray that no one get injured? But if the person leading the prayer is a Public school employee, isn’t that promoting the establishment of religion? How could a not be?

And why is the coach so insistent in pushing his legal case after being rejected many times? He clearly wants to promote religion.

Yes, I suspect the right is going to be very disappointed and in trumps supreme court appointments. They are conservative, but in a small government sort of way, not in a social wedge issue/culture war sort of way

The prayers were COMPLETELY VOLUNTARY.


READ THE 1st AMENDMENT.

IT DOESN'T SAY THAT THE FREE PRACTICE OF RELIGIION SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED, "UNLESS IT MAKES THE LEFTIDIOTS MAD".

It can still be promoting the establishment of religion, even if it’s voluntary. Promoting does not have to be forced.

lots of factors to look at. like if the coaches are paid employees or using government time.
also the definitions of "promote and organize"

If it's not on the governments dime -it should pass muster

I think he can -but it depends on the circumstances. Being a lawyer I know you are familiar
It cant be on govt time.. It can be on gov't facilities after school ...but there is so many variables
