He was not named in any warrant, so not only was he not wanted, or charged with anything, he had not been found guilty of anything, so did not belong in prison.

They claim he did not have felony conviction. And had a legally licensed gun.

This is the problem with NO KNOCK police tactics.

Because they have turned into "SHOOT FIRST AND ASK QUESTIONS LATER" tactics that are getting innocent people killed and NO KNOCK policies should be against the Constitution.

A MAN HAS A RIGHT TO DEFEND HIS HOME AND HIS FAMILY AGAINST "ALL" Intruders- Unless a warrant has been duly served and a badge of authority is presented (IN PLAIN SIGHT) to the recipient of said warrant.

This victim was not even the target of the warrant- AN ARREST OR SEARCH WARRANT MUST BE PRESENTED TO THE ACTUAL RECIPIENT OF THE WARRANT!

Things like this didn't happen too much at all years ago.

That was around not too long ago, I swear! It was taught to me by the older black and white dudes from back in the day when they split me up from a dude I was ready to murdelize. Okay, in reality I was actively in the process..

Their way was better, I swear to God. The old school way was respectful of human beings. They laid it out for me and I agreed. Nobody ever got too beat up around there because people all stepped in and stopped it.

Hey man, that's all negative stuff. Now cops beat women, punch them in the face, and handicapped people too? Wtf?!
