bho's birth certificate revisited

My certifide copy DOES NOT have the stamp impression like my younger brother's....yet I successfully used mine to get a passport and as to witness/sponsor my brother's passport application.

So to follow the logic used by you and Yurt, I could go to your job and raise hell that until YOU release the original document to me, you should not be employed as a bonafide US citizen.

Bottom line: the documentation that certifies Obama's citizenry is legit...it has been accepted by the State of Hawaii, the State Dept. the Secret Service and the Congress of the USA.

But somehow, that fact will be ignored, as you and the rest of the neocon parrots will continue to squawk your moot point.....so much more to pity you. Carry on.

There should be microfiche somewhere. Also the issue is "naturally born citizen" not simply "citizen".

There should be remedial reading comprehension courses for insipidly stubborn neocon parrots.......the STATE OF HAWAII CONFIRMS OBAMA'S BIRTH ON THEIR SOIL. Deal with it.

More ad homs and no citations of evidence to support your assertion. *shrug*

why would the state of hawaii issue a COLB if Obama had not been born there?

Are you and your obsessive birther buddies suggesting that the state of Hawaii is a part of this conspiracy?

its funny how some on the left get so worked up over obama's original birth certificate....seems a bit defensive...mccain showed his, ended the speculation

nobody on the left is "worked up" about this issue at all.

EVERYONE on the left takes Obama's Hawaiian birth at face value...

it is you weird birthers that keep dragging this thing out...

and for my money, I hope you keep on doing so, and getting even MORE MSM coverage going forward.

keep up the good work!:clink:

Beats me, but they do it routinely.

Hawaiian state law allows children born outside Hawaii get valid Hawaiian birth certificates (S. 338-17.8)

The following Hawaii state law (Hawaii Revised Statutes S. 338-17.8) allows children who are born outside Hawaii to obtain valid Hawaiian birth certificates, depending on the residency of their parents. This law isn't restricted to those born in the other 49 states; a child could be born in a foreign country and still get a valid HI birth certificate. This law was added in 1982, as confirmed by law librarians at the U. of Hawaii and L.A. County law libraries.

Not really.....they just want to change the results of the 2008 election. Pity the poor bastards....stewing away while the people they support just screw them into the ground.
I don't want to change those results. They were far better than I thought they would be. There was a perfect storm for the Democrats. The economy tanks 75 days before the election, Obama more than doubled the spending from McCain, the Rs were saddled with Bush's unpopularity, and they still managed 47% of the vote.

I find that encouraging. We might have lost, but with all that against us, it should have been far worse.

How would his birth weight and size, parent's ages and marital status, and doctor's signature affect those qualifications?
Ten bucks and one phone call would get a copy of the microfiche file and the issue would be closed. Instead he spends a million to keep the lid on. Have you once asked yourself why?

and the answer seems to continue to escape you:

because having you birthers continue to make a big deal about it hurts the republican party and helps the democrats.

duh.

You left out that electoral vote sweep. The neocon driven GOP LOST....period. 47% is less than 50%.....God knows how much lower that number would have been if more people voted.

As Obama pointed out, the current healthcare thing is more a political "get him" for the GOP than it is trying to help the people....and that transparency is going to cost 'em in 2012.

Weird. I’ve seen this type of comment multiple times, from multiple rightys, in multiple places. I’ve seen rightys shave a point or two or three off the margin of victory, or pad McCains totals, in order to make is seem closer than it was. It’s almost like the RNC, or wingnut media has propagated this talking point, with cooked numbers.

Damo, McCain didn’t get 47%. He didn’t even get 46%. He got the same share of the vote as Dukakis in 1988. And lost by virtually the same margin at Dukakis.

The Dukakis loss is judged an epic blowout by history, and fondly remembered by rightwingers as a blowout of massive proportions.

It wasn't a sweep, many states went for McCain. It was a win, but not one as large as I expected. I have no problems with losing, and find comfort that during the perfect storm, 47% still voted against your candidate.

No, the epic proportions are usually saved for Carter/Reagan where only one state went for Carter. That was epic.

I'll correct 47% of the people who voted did not vote for Obama during the perfect storm for the Democrats. I find that comforting, although I recognize the loss.
