Well, you and DeSantis don't want to do contact tracing because that would mitigate the spread of COVID, and you've made a bet that spreading COVID will benefit you electorally.

There were 28,000 cases in Florida yesterday. TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND. That's three times as many cases as were occurring in the entire country just a couple of months ago. Are there any mitigation efforts here? Nope. Not ONE.
Conservatives are making a bet that by not handling COVID, they will win re-election.

Exactly, because it will get so obviously risky, parents will refuse to send their children into those infectious situations and they certainly will refuse to pay for truancy fees the states will try to collect.
The courts will not have the choice to rule in favor of the states as the lawsuits fly back and forth. Public sentiment means everything in court!
Courts will always determine what is best for children- first and foremost!

Florida has a good economy because we didnt wreck it with prolonged useless lockdowns
Then we kept the kids in school all last fall, and Desantis protected the nursing homes.
So people want to come here, put kids in schools and work/start business

Not really. FL didn't have a top 10 GDP growth last quarter, and it was below the national average in the TWO quarters before.
