He issued no such warning. Yes she trespassed into the capital. Trespassing is not a capital offense. The cop panicked. It was a bad shooting.

A U.S. Capitol Police lieutenant left his service weapon in a bathroom Monday night and the unattended gun was discovered later by another Capitol Police officer.

After the House adjourned on Monday, Lt. Mike Byrd left his Glock 22 in a bathroom in the Capitol Visitor Center complex, according to sources familiar with the incident.

Byrd addressed the incident at Tuesday morning’s officer roll call and, according to sources, told fellow officers that he “will be treated differently” because of his rank as a lieutenant. It was not clear what exactly the lieutenant meant by the comment.

I'd like to see the layout of the building, the positions of both all the Insurrectionists, especially in the area of Babbitt, and Congressional reps.

$100 says that the only thing between the Insurrectionists and some Congressional reps is a single police officer and his sidearm. Once Babbitt breached that final wall, deadly force was used. IMO, rightfully so as everyone who has taken the oath should know.

As you all know, up to that point, reason, commands, barriers, pepper spray and all other non-lethal weapons had failed. FAILED. Babbitt breached the last wall and was shot in defense of the Congressional reps.

BLM and ANTIFA vandalized statues all across the country. They tried to burn down the Portland federal courthouse and blocked the exits to prevent the people inside from getting out. Did Trump supporters do that? How many statues did the Trump supporters tear down now?.

BTW the the Federal agents at Portland did not panic and murder anyone.

The protesters at Portland blocked the exits to the courthouse and set it on fire knowing there were agents that we inside. No one was shot and killed by the agents.
