Yes members of the crowd saw the gun as he stuck it out the door. But he was on the far left and she likely never saw him. The crowd backed up as they saw the gun. Ashili didn't backup probably because she never saw the gun.

A large crowd that could follow her through the opening is clearly a threat. Preventing the first person from getting through works to deny others the opportunity.

Several people were trying to break the glass in the door just before she went through the window.

Watch the videos one guy shouts he has a gun and starts backing up. But its loud and he shoots shortly after that so I doubt Ashili heard him or saw the gun. He panicked and shot and murdered her. He should never have a loaded gun.

That is what you are saying. I never said that. I do think the police have an obligation to arrest rather than simply shooting unarmed people.

She was part of a crowd that did break doors and windows and did have weapons.
She had a backpack which at that point a couple of pipe bombs had been found after having been delivered in a backpack.

There were multiple armed police officers behind her and yet none of them shot anyone. Only the idiot that panicked and murdered Ashili Babbitt shot her . Also he shot her when other cops were in the line of fire. HE PANICKED. He is poorly trained. He isn't suitable for real police work.

Do you have confirmation that the police officers behind her saw her going through the window? They were coming up the stairs with multiple people on the landing blocking their view.
The other cops were in the line of fire? Do bullets travel in a circle?
