Fuckwad: I'm neither a medical nor a legal expert. It's up to you to prove why Chauvin got an unfair trial, which, if true, is certain to be overturned on appeal.

My guess is Chauvin won't win on appeal because, unlike you, the appeals board doesn't smile on racist murderers.

But it was testified by the prosecution's expert witness and it can be seen on the video that the knee was only on one side.

If one carotid artery is open, then oxygenated blood is going to the brain.

If Floyd was talking out loud saying he could not breathe, that shows he was breathing.

So once again, exactly what did Chauvin do that killed Floyd?

Coroner's report and all.
