In this instance, there is nothing to defend. You know you've lost when you claim that a knee on the neck is not a knee on the neck.

There's other evidence besides video, which may not have benefit either of those cases. OTOH, video certainly made the case for the prosecution in Chauvin's trial.

Just because a jury of wokie dipshits who swallowed the trumped up bullshit the rest of you swallowed, ignored the obvious fact that Floyd was breathing when he said he couldn't and Chauvin never had both sides of his neck compressed, all the while knowing Floyd had a bad heart and had ingested large amounts of dangerous narcotics, decided they'd take revenge against a white cop and not anger the black community... still does not unequivocally prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Chauvin is guilty of what they convicted him of.

What is indisputable is that police officers kill lots of black people that they shouldn't. It was a fair trial. Chauvin's sentence will be appealed. I doubt he'll get it, but it will go through the process by actual experts, not some racist dipshit on the fucking Internet.
