The Bill of Rights is NOT negotiable.

Sorry Joe you demented sod.
The 2nd Ammendment is part of the Bill of Rights.

What is it you don't understand about "Shall not be infringed"?

Nor are U.S. Constitutional law, the voting rights of the 14th Amendment and civil rights laws of 1964, all core values of America etc non negotiable among decrepit and gutter internal and external enemies against Democracy of the USofA! Under God! Yet what should also be non negotiable are tactics among tRump and his fellow un America sewer conspiring GOPer's continued drag at waging war against Democracy, nature and the common decency of humanity on Earth .

So the bill of rights is negotiable? Those rights can be taken away from you under certain circumstances, right?

They are avoiding these types of questions because it eviscerates the narrative. The Constitution was intentionally overly broad, and the courts were left to interpret that text in specific circumstances. They hate that.

They always run when we get to this point

No.
The put their rights on the betting table and lost them when they chose to commit crimes.

Right... they were taken away by the government! These rights can be taken away when the government decides its right to take them.

Do you at least understand that the Bill of Rights is a set of restriction on government power?
It doesn't seem so.
