Shaken, not stirred!
Disagreed, but even if it was, it's still far less than yours.
Let's regroup and reevaluate:
1) Do you support the right of Americans to buy, sell and display Confederate flags and regalia?
2) Do you consider anyone who does so to be a racist asshole without exception?
3) Do you consider Confederate flags to be equal to Nazi flags?
Unrelated, but are you UK citizen still in the UK or living in the US?
Man, you just can't stand being proven wrong, can ya? The chronology of the posts clearly shows you being insipidly stubborn regarding Gardners false subject title. Here's How I squared him finally; https://www.justplainpolitics.com/s...te-property-in-New-York&p=4125828#post4125828

That's it....period. You want to fly the Confederate flag on your car or on your front lawn, go right ahead....just don't whine about the subsequent consequences of your actions. I say the latter in references to any town or city ordinances that may affect your actions. Most folk have no problem with certain laws providing they're not personally affected. When that happens, all hell breaks loose. See, you have the right to free speech....but that right does not shield you from the consequences of your actions (public disturbance, inciting to riot, slander, etc.)
And as I previously explained (but you didnt' or refused to understand), I'm sick and tired of some yahoo trying to divorce the racist history of slavery from the core of the Confederacy. Take note of one historical example; https://www.battlefields.org/learn/primary-sources/declaration-causes-seceding-states
Even after the Confederacy got it's ass whupped, slavery's child Jim Crow carried on for damn near another century. So any joker thinking otherwise is either ignorant of the facts or willfully ignorant. The latter makes them defacto bigots, as indifference to the racist core of the Confederacy is contemptable. A logical, conclusive fact whether you agree or not.
