Dude, man up. If someone posts a thread saying "Lynch the commies" and I "thanked" them, that indicates I agree. You not only thanked the OP you responded in the affirmative. Ipso facto you supported not wearing a mask.

If you are now saying you do support wearing a mask, then that conflicts with your previous statements.

FWIW, I, too, am a little disturbed by anything "mandatory" from the Feds. OTOH, if your own state government mandated it, would you support it or not?

I am manning up, by telling you my stance on mask wearing. I can support his rights to not wear a mask, while having my own opinion on it.

No I do not support it being mandated by the feds. I think it should be up to private stores and businesses on how they want to run their business.

Agreed. The collateral damage is of no interest to them at all. If it 'gets the lefties' it was worth it. If Trump decided to nuke a country to distract from his problems, they would applaud Trump's machismo and laugh at the 'lefties' who were abhorred by the loss of life. This is who they are, and why I don't believe they deserve a seat at the table. They need to be shunned.

Thanks for the clarification. I support State's Rights. If my state mandates it, I'll support it as a common sense response to a pandemic. If the Feds mandate it, I'll comply, but fight the jurisdiction and encroaching Federal power to do so.

As it is, I wear a bandanna when going to the store. I minimize my trips outside the home to once a week. There's a chance I've had it, but haven't been tested. I practice social distancing. If a person isn't wearing a mask, then I don't care if I spread the disease to them because they don't care. If they do care, I'll do the same. If everyone at Trump's rally catches the disease and kills off their parents or grandparents, I consider it "Evolution in action".

When every medical professional says wearing a mask will help protect you and others why in the world wouldn't you? That's like a cop refusing to wear body armor because he was told to.

Agreed they are not interested in preventing the spread of disease. "Why" they don't care is a subject of curiosity to me. Is it because they are malicious criminals and are deliberately seeking to spread the virus? Or is it because they are stupid and/or paranoid nutjobs who really think it's a "fake virus".

This is about power. Trump won't wear them, and the 'libs' believe in them. Therefore, they will act in the exact opposite manner. It's the same reason they turn on every Trump official who steps down and calls him out. Doing this gives them perceived power over the people they hate. It's that simple. If they can tilt a lefty, mission accomplished. There is nothing of import to them beyond that petty goal.
